It only took almost 250 years for the full circle beginning of the disintegration of the USEmpire.
“The foundation of our empire was not laid in the gloomy age of ignorance and superstition; but at an epocha when the rights of mankind were better understood and more clearly defined than at any former period.”
~ George Washington, June 18, 1783
“[T]he foundation of a great Empire is laid, and I please myself with a persuasion, that Providence will not leave its work imperfect.”
~ George Washington, 1786
“Providence” with a capital P alludes to the empire being guided by God. What sort of God?
“Washington referenced Jesus as the “Divine Author of our blessed Religion” in his “Circular Letter to the Governors” of 1783 in the following prayer:
“I now make it my earnest prayer, that God would have you, and the State over which you preside, in his holy protection, that he would incline the hearts of the Citizens to cultivate a spirit of subordination and obedience to Government…”
That’s an oxymoronic concept to rival “holy war”! … “a spirit of subordination and obedience to Government”, with a capital G!
As John Trudell said: “Protect your spirit, because you are in the place where spirits get eaten.”
2,026 year full circle?
Also a heads-up for the simulated return of the messiah, AI Jesus.

And in 1786, George Washington, one of the fathers of the euphemism “the country,” referred to himself as a “member of the infant empire.”
With regard to one of the infant’s so-called revolutionary activities:
“…Maj. Gen. John Sullivan, a truculent onetime New Hampshire lawyer whom Washington instructed in a detailed May 31, 1779, letter to move “against the hostile tribes of the Six Nations of Indians, with their associates and adherents.” The immediate object of the campaign, Washington said, was “the total destruction and devastation of their settlements, and the capture of as many prisoners of every age and sex as possible.” Sullivan was told to carry out his mission “in the most effectual manner, that the country may not be merely overrun, but destroyed.” The “total ruin” of the Indian settlements, Washington wrote, would guarantee America’s future security by inspiring the Indians with terror through “the severity of the chastisement they receive.””
Global war of terror revisited. But gosh, don’t let that stop you from stocking up on made in China US flags for the 250th celeb-rations of democracy; celeb-rations are when We The (in)famous elite land-owners and Hollywood star-studded People get first dibs on hors d’oeuvres and discount fireworks.
Many people are aghast at the undiplomatic, bombastic (includes literal bombing), outlandish and vile rhetoric and behavior spewing daily from the wannabe Noble Peace Prize winner in chief. No argument there, yet in essence he is the full circle norm, not an aberration. Granted, the Don has the distinction of being the poster boy for the mask coming off of the empire’s nearly 250 years of smiley faced scorched earth policy and full spectrum dominance.
As to the latter:
“As early as April 2001 the United States Department of Defense defined “full-spectrum superiority” (FSS) [aka full-spectrum dominance] as:
’The cumulative effect of dominance in the air, land, maritime, and space domains and information environment, which includes cyberspace, that permits the conduct of joint operations without effective opposition or prohibitive interference.’”
Currently, however, the empire’s “without effective opposition or prohibitive interference” has been compromised. Much to the common man/woman filling up the tank and the empire’s chagrin, Iran’s IRGC has a refurbished sign from the desk of president Harry S. Truman dangling above the Strait of Hormuz: “The petro-dollar stops here!”
As to “scorched earth policy”:
“The Sullivan Expedition (also known as the Sullivan-Clinton Expedition, the Sullivan Campaign, and the Sullivan-Clinton Campaign) was a United States military campaign under the command of General John Sullivan during the American Revolutionary War, lasting from June to October 1779, against the four British-allied nations of the Iroquois (also known as the Haudenosaunee).
“The campaign was ordered by George Washington… The campaign had the aim of “the total destruction and devastation of their settlements.” Four Continental Army brigades carried out a scorched-earth campaign in the territory of the Iroquois Confederacy in what is now central New York.
“The expedition was largely successful, with 40 Iroquois villages razed and their crops and food stores destroyed. The campaign drove just over 5,000 Iroquois to Fort Niagara seeking British protection, and depopulated the area for post-war settlement. Some scholars argue that it was an attempt to annihilate the Iroquois and describe the campaign as a genocide…”
Scorched earth in Gaza, Lebanon, Iran, and the gutting of environmental protections in the US aka Turtle Island.
As to the personas themselves:
“George Washington began his career as a land surveyor at the age of 17 in 1749, completing over 200 surveys throughout his life. This work not only provided him with financial success but also helped him acquire vast tracts of land, significantly influencing his later military and political career.
Meanwhile, back at the city:
“Donald Trump’s business empire wasn’t built overnight, nor was it built from nothing. Unlike the classic self-made mogul, Trump started with a hefty financial boost—his father, Fred Trump, was a successful real estate developer who provided capital and connections.”
“Mount Vernon [New York] is the former residence and plantation of George Washington.” Trump was born in New York and real estate is what would become his urban plantation cash crop.
Got your tickets for the 250th celeb-ration… of chained-Africans, rezzed aka POW so-called Indians, women who can’t vote, deported immigrants, dammed and polluted rivers, massive deforestation, loss of wildlife habitat and wildlife, and more? Some people may find that assessment extreme, like what about all the positive things? Silver-linings are another discussion, but if you don’t call a colonial spade a colonial spade it will keep extracting from and polluting Earth while making many more humans and non-humans suffer.
Full circle. George Washington to George Washington, Jr.
The revolution that many have been clamoring for has happened, but not as anticipated—back to where “We The [elite land-owner] People” started. Or in the poetic words of T.S. Eliot:
“And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.”
As empire begins its disintegration, my new concern is of the technocratic-corporations – which are already fueling the waning empire – filling in the void. As simple mundane example: recently when trying to get a refund for a supermarket item for which i didn’t have the receipt but the box had the supermarket name on it, the computer wouldn’t allow it without me giving my driver’s license info. Since i refused to do that for a box of graham crackers, i was stymied, except that the friendly thinking worker instead gave me a gift card for the amount of the crackers. Yet if technocrat-corporations with their mindless machines take totalitarian obedience and subordination control, no such options will exist, and the only escape route will be ‘press 11 to go for a walk . . . and try to meet someone and talk face to face.’
