Defend Manila Bay

Blue Earth Defense has been actively working with advocate groups and affected communities in Cavite since 2023 to oppose destructive reclamation projects and seabed quarrying in Manila Bay. As an official member of KALASAG, we aim to protect marine ecosystems, support coastal livelihoods, and call for the enforcement of moratoriums, transparent processes, and the elimination of harmful activities in the region.

Yesterday, July 22, 2025, the government declared a state of calamity in the National Capital Region, Cavite Province, and other areas due to widespread flooding caused by days of heavy monsoon rains (Habagat). Despite this, Blue Earth Defense Ph and our team Mutual Aid Disaster Relief - Search and Rescue conducted a solidarity action for the communities of Muntinlupa City and Naic, Cavite, both of which have been experiencing flooding for days.
